Opinion

VICTOR SHORR of Clifton having come before this Court on an order to show cause why he should not be suspended from the practice of law pending disposition of ethics complaints against him filed with the Passaic County Ethics Committee, and he by his attorney not having objected thereto;

It is ORDERED that the temporary suspension of said VICTOR SHORR, imposed by order of this Court dated March 3, 1975, be continued pending final determination of the ethics complaints against him and until further order of the Court; and it is further

ORDERED that said VICTOR SHORR be restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension.
