Motion by respondent for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from an order of this court, dated June 11, 1962, disbarring respondent, and to stay the effective date of his disbarment. Motion for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals, denied. Motion for a stay granted to the extent of postponing the effective date of respondent's disbarment until July 21, 1962. Beldock, P.J., Ughetta, Kleinfeld, Brennan and Hill, JJ., concur.
