ORDER

The Disciplinary Review Board having filed a report with the Court recommending that DAVID SENDERS of Passaic be temporarily suspended from the practice of law pursuant to R. 1:20-2(j) and R. 1:20-3(i), and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that DAVID SENDERS be temporarily suspended from the practice of law, effective immediately, and until further order of the Court; and it is further

ORDERED that DAVID SENDERS show cause before this Court on Monday, December 11, 1978 at 10:00 A.M., in the Supreme Court courtroom, State House Annex, Trenton, why the temporary suspension should not be continued pending final disposition of the complaints against him before the Passaic County District Ethics Committee, and it is further

ORDERED that Robert E. Cowen, Esq., or his designee, present this matter to the Court; and it is further

ORDERED that DAVID SENDERS be and hereby is restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent comply with all the regulations of the Disciplinary Review Board governing suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys; and it is further

ORDERED that a true copy of this order to show cause be served upon the respondent within five days of the date hereof.
