Upon reargument, order affirmed, without costs of this appeal to any party, on the authority of Mullane v. Central Hanover Bank Trust Co. ( 339 U.S. 306). All concur. (The order adjudges that the Surrogate's Court lacked jurisdiction to settle petitioner's account and dismisses the proceeding.)
