Appeal from Domestic Relations Court of the City of New York, Family Court Division, Bronx County.

Present — Dore, J.P., Cohn, Callahan, Van Voorhis and Shientag, JJ. [See post, p. 1065.]


This order was made after consideration of the various factors entering into the difficult problem of custody presented in this case. In view of the report of the psychiatrist of the Domestic Relations Court, however, we wish to emphasize the importance of continued court supervision for an extended period of time. Order unanimously affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the respondent.
