Court of Appeals of the State of New York
Jan 16, 1996
87 N.Y.2d 916 (N.Y. 1996)

Opinion

Submitted November 6, 1995

Decided January 16, 1996

Motion, insofar as it seeks leave to appeal from that portion of the Appellate Division order which affirmed Supreme Court's order denying appellant's motion for a preliminary injunction, dismissed upon the ground that that portion of the order sought to be appealed from does not finally determine the action/proceeding within the meaning of the Constitution; motion for leave to appeal otherwise denied.
