Order dismissing on the merits appellant's petition for an order under article 78 of the Civil Practice Act directing respondents, constituting the Board of Trustees of the Village of Hempstead, to issue to appellant a license for the year 1945 to conduct a restaurant, unanimously affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion.
