Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, First Department
Feb 11, 1999
258 A.D.2d 322 (N.Y. App. Div. 1999)

Opinion

February 11, 1999

Appeal from the Family Court, New York County (Richard Ross, J.).

The court's finding was based on legally sufficient evidence and was not against the weight of the evidence. We see no reason to disturb the court's determination that the child complainant gave credible testimony.

Concur — Williams, J. P., Wallach, Andrias and Saxe, JJ.
