DISCIPLINARY MATTERS
ORDER
The Disciplinary Review Board having filed a report with the Supreme Court recommending that WILLIAM J. ROSS, of TOTOWA, who was admitted to the Bar of this State in 1970, be publicly reprimanded for his failure to seek the lawful objectives of his client (DR 7-101(A)(1)), which injured his clients by barring them from seeking legal remedies (DR 7-101(A)(3)), for conduct that constituted gross negligence in violation of DR 6-101(A)(1) and a pattern of neglect in violation of DR 6-101(A)(2), and for misrepresentations to his clients on the status of their cases in violation of DR 1-102(A)(4), and the Court having reviewed the record and having heard the arguments of counsel, and good cause appearing;
It is ORDERED that the report and recommendation of the Disciplinary Review Board are hereby adopted and respondent is publicly reprimanded; and it is further
ORDERED that the Decision and Recommendation of the Disciplinary Review Board, together with this order and the full record of the matter, be added as a permanent part of the file of said WILLIAM J. ROSS as an attorney at law of the State of New Jersey; and it is further
ORDERED that WILLIAM J. ROSS submit a quarterly report to this Court on his repayments of all obligations to former clients said reports to begin April 1, 1987, and to continue until all of the obligations have been satisfied; and it is further
ORDERED that a failure by respondent to make timely payments may result in further disciplinary action being taken by the Supreme Court.
