In a proceeding under section 330 of the Election Law, to validate the certificate nominating petitioner, Benjamin S. Rosenthal, as a candidate of the Democratic party for the public office of Representative in Congress from the Sixth Congressional District, Queens County, respondent, Andrew P. Grady, appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered February 15, 1962 upon the decision of the court after a hearing, which granted petitioner's application. Order affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Beldock, P.J., Kleinfeld, Hill, Rabin and Hopkins, JJ., concur.
