Order reversed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, and motion denied, with ten dollars costs, upon the ground that the judgment creditors did not have actual notice of the proceeding in time to avail themselves of the benefit of the Bankruptcy Law. Jenks, P.J., Mills, Blackmar, Kelly and Jaycox, JJ., concur.
