DISCIPLINARY MATTERS
ORDER
The Disciplinary Review Board having recommended that the Supreme Court temporarily suspend BARRY A. ROSENSTEIN of ATLANTIC CITY from the practice of law pursuant to R. 1:20-3(i) and an order having been issued on October 26, 1982 temporarily suspending BARRY A. ROSENSTEIN from the practice of law and directing that he show cause on November 23, 1982 why that suspension should not continue pending final disposition of the complaints against him before the District I Ethics Committee, and good cause appearing;
It is ORDERED that the temporary suspension of BARRY A. ROSENSTEIN, imposed by order of this Court dated October 26, 1982, be continued pending final determination of the ethics complaints against him and until the further order of the Court; and it is further
ORDERED that said BARRY A. ROSENSTEIN be restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension and further directed to continue to his compliance with all the regulations of the Disciplinary Review Board governing suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys.
