Motion for resettlement granted to the extent of modifying the order of this court entered on April 11, 1967, so as to deny the motion, leave to appeal being unnecessary since an appeal may be taken as of right. Appellant may serve and file his notice of appeal within 30 days from the date of the order entered herein.
