Order reversed and the matter remitted to the Family Court for a new hearing. The respondent [appellant] was entitled to the representation of a lawyer upon the hearing (see Family Ct. Act, § 249; Matter of Lawrence S., 29 N.Y.2d 206). Petitioner's [respondent's] attorney has commendably suggested that reversal and a new hearing is indicated.
