DISCIPLINARY MATTERS
ORDER
This matter having been presented to the Court on application of the Office of Attorney Ethics for the automatic temporary suspension of THOMAS A. RODGERS of CHERRY HILL, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1977, and who has been found guilty of: conspiracy to commit theft by deception, failure to make required disposition of property, forgery, and 15 counts of theft by deception, and good cause appearing;
It is ORDERED that pursuant to R. 1:20-6(a)(1), THOMAS A. RODGERS is temporarily suspended from the practice of law pending the final resolution of ethics proceedings against him, effective immediately and until the further order of this Court; and it is further
ORDERED that THOMAS A. RODGERS be restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension; and it is further
ORDERED that THOMAS A. RODGERS comply with Administrative Guideline No. 23 of the Office of Attorney Ethics dealing with suspended attorneys.
