ORDER

The Central Ethics Unit of the Administrative Office of the Courts having informed the Court that RICHARD G. ROBINS of Vineland has failed to produce evidence that $23,000 entrusted to him in the settlement of the estate of Ruth v. Reiman is being held by him in the form of Treasury Notes or in any other fiduciary trust account as required, and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that RICHARD G. ROBINS be temporarily suspended from the practice of law, effective immediately and until further order of the Court; and it is further

ORDERED RICHARD G. ROBINS may make application for reinstatement upon certification to this Court by the Cumberland County Ethics Committee that respondent has presented a satisfactory explanation as to the disposition of the funds entrusted to him in the above matter.
