ORDER

The Disciplinary Review Board having filed a report with the Court recommending that HARRY J. ROBINOVITZ of Somerville be temporarily suspended from the practice of law pursuant to R. 1:20-3(i), and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that HARRY J. ROBINOVITZ be temporarily suspended from the practice of law, effective immediately, and untli further order of the Court; and it is further

ORDERED that HARRY J. ROBINOVITZ show cause before this Court on Tuesday, May 8, 1979, at 10:00 A.M. in the Supreme Court courtroom, State House Annex, Trenton, why the temporary suspension should not be continued pending final disposition of the complaints against him before the District VII Ethics Committee; and it is further

ORDERED that Collette A. Coolbaugh, Esquire, or her designee, present this matter to the Court; and it is further

ORDERED that HARRY J. ROBINOVITZ be and hereby is restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent comply with all the regulations of the Disciplinary Review Board governing suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys.
