Proceeding to review the determination of the New York State Liquor Authority cancelling the liquor license of the petitioner for violation of the provisions of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Law (Cons. Laws, ch. 3-B) with respect to suffering and permitting gambling on the premises, failure to keep and make available books and records, and permitting another person to avail himself of the license issued to the licensee. Determination unanimously confirmed, without costs. No opinion.
