DISCIPLINARY MATTERS
ORDER OF PUBLIC REPRIMAND
The Disciplinary Review Board having filed a report recommending that DONALD W. RINALDO of Union be publically reprimanded for his conduct in permitting secretaries to sign two affidavits and a certification in lieu of oath in violation of R. 1:4-5 and R. 1:4-8, and the Court having reviewed the record, And the Disciplinary Review Board further recommending that respondent be required to reimburse the Administrative Office of the Courts for the costs of all stenographic transcripts, and good cause appearing
It is ORDERED that the report of the Disciplinary Review Board is hereby adopted and that DONALD W. RINALDO be and hereby is publically reprimanded for his violation of R. 1:4-5 and R. 1:4-8; and it is further
ORDERED that the Decision and Recommendation of the Disciplinary Review Board, together with this order and the full record of this matter, be added as a permanent part of the file of said DONALD W. RINALDO as an attorney at law of the State of New Jersey; and it is further
ORDERED that DONALD W. RINALDO reimburse the Administrative Office of the Courts for the cost of all stenographic transcripts in this matter.
