Order vacating a certiorari order and confirming the determination of the Board of Standards and Appeals of the City of New York, which granted respondent Boulevard Gardens Housing Corporation a variance under section 7 (d) of the New York City Zoning Resolution [adopted June 28, 1940] so as to permit in a residence district the use of an irregular plot as a private playground for children, subject to certain conditions imposed by the Board of Standards and Appeals for the protection of the neighborhood, unanimously affirmed, with one bill of fifty dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion.
