DISCIPLINARY MATTERS

It is ORDERED that the resignation of JOSEPH S. REYNOLDS of Forked River as an attorney at law of the State of New Jersey be accepted with prejudice in accordance with R. 1:20-8(a), effective immediately; and it is further

ORDERED that the acceptance of this resignation be deemed equivalent to respondent's disbarment; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent be permanently restrained and enjoined from practicing law; and it is further

ORDERED that the respondent comply with all of the Administrative Guidelines of the Office of Attorney Ethics dealing with suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys.
