In a disciplinary proceeding against respondent, an attorney, charging him with various acts of professional misconduct, the respondent defaulted in answering the petition. In view of his default, the respondent is disbarred and his name ordered to be struck from the roll of attorneys. Beldock, P.J., Kleinfeld, Brennan, Hill and Rabin, JJ., concur.
