In a proceeding to validate petitions designating petitioners herein as candidates of the Village Independent Party in the Village of Lake Grove Election to be held on March 16, 1971 for public offices (petitioner Pisciotta for Mayor and the other petitioners for Trustee), the appeal is from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered March 9, 1971, which granted the application. Judgment affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Rabin, P.J., Hopkins, Munder, Martuscello and Christ, JJ., concur.
