Order of the Surrogate's Court of Queens county denying objectants' motion for a further bill of particulars or an order of preclusion affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements to the respondents, payable out of the estate. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Hagarty, Carswell, Davis and Taylor, JJ., concur.
