Order denying motion of Fred Flatow to compel the Superintendent of Insurance of the State of New York, as liquidator of the Greater City Surety and Indemnity Corporation, to return to him the sum of $1,000; and from order denying motion for a reargument, unanimously affirmed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion.
