Order, so far as appealed from, granting motion of the Superintendent of Insurance, as liquidator, etc., to confirm referee's report in so far as it recommends the disallowance of Claim No. SBB-30 of the People of the State of New York, (arising out of a forfeited recognizance), unanimously affirmed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion.
