DISCIPLINARY MATTERS
ORDER
The Disciplinary Review Board having recommended that the Supreme Court temporarily suspend FRANK A. PELLICCIA of West Long Branch from the practice of law pursuant to R. 1:20-3(i) and an order having been issued on March 5, 1981 temporarily suspending FRANK A. PELLICCIA from the practice of law and directing that he show cause on March 24, 1981 why that suspension should not continue pending final disposition of the complaints against him before the District IX Ethics Committee, and he by his attorney having consented thereto;
It is ORDERED that the temporary suspension of FRANK A. PELLICCIA, imposed by order of this Court dated March 5, 1981, be continued pending final determination of the ethics complaints against him and until the further order of the Court, and it is further
ORDERED that, pending restoration, respondent is restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension and further directed to continue his compliance with all the regulations of the Disciplinary Review Board governing suspended, disbarred and resigned attorneys.
