On the court's own motion, appeal from order of disbarment dismissed, without costs, upon the ground that no substantial constitutional question is directly involved.

Motion for an order remanding petitioner's officers to an "independent" disciplinary committee dismissed upon the ground that this court does not have jurisdiction to entertain the motion.

Motion to strike petitioner's brief and to stay disbarment, etc., dismissed as academic.
