In a proceeding to compel the return to petitioners of all voter registration records in the custody of the respondent Clerk of Special Term concerning the Incorporated Village of Lake Grove and for other relief (Proceeding No. 1), in which respondent Marjorie P. Doyle cross-moved to compel the placement on the ballot for the election to be held in the Village of Lake Grove on March 16, 1971 the name of Alex Pisciotta as the candidate of the Village Independent Party for the public office of Mayor and the names of Bryan Goldstein and Keith Joslyn as candidates of said party for the public office of Trustee (Proceeding No. 2), the appeal is from so much of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered March 9, 1971, as granted said cross motion of Marjorie P. Doyle on condition that "new, properly signed and acknowledged certificates of acceptance of nomination be duly executed and filed by" said candidates "with the Village Clerk of Lake Grove forthwith". Judgment affirmed insofar as appealed from, without costs. No opinion. Rabin, P.J., Hopkins, Munder, Martuscello and Christ, JJ., concur.
