Decedent was legally adopted. The foster parents predeceased the intestate, their adopted daughter who had died without descendants. The heirs at law and next of kin of the foster parents are the lawful distributees of the estate of the decedent. Decree unanimously affirmed, with costs to all parties filing briefs, payable out of the estate.
