Application to reinstate appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Albany County, entered April 13, 1967, granted, without costs. We deem the application of May 10, 1967, a sufficient notice of appeal. Appellant is directed to correct the omission to file a copy thereof in the office of the Clerk of the County of Albany, and appellant's time to cure such omission is extended to November 24, 1967. (CPLR 5520, subd. [a].) The appeal may be perfected upon one typewritten copy of the record and six typewritten copies of the brief and appendix. Gibson, P.J., Herlihy, Reynolds, Aulisi and Staley, Jr., JJ., concur.
