DISCIPLINARY MATTERS

ORDER

This matter having come before the Court on an order to show cause why THOMAS F. O'GORMAN, III, of Ridgefield Park should not be disbarred or otherwise disciplined, and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that THOMAS F. O'GORMAN, III be and hereby is temporarily suspended from the practice of law pending the final resolution of all of the complaints now pending against him, effective immediately and until further Order of the Court; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent is restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent comply with all the regulations of the Disciplinary Review Board governing suspended attorneys.
