Motion by the petitioner-respondent on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 20, 2000, to vacate a stay of enforcement of that order, which was granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated March 10, 2000.


DECISION ORDER ON MOTION

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the stay of enforcement of the order dated January 20, 2000, which was granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated March 10, 2000, is vacated forthwith.
