DISCIPLINARY MATTERS

ORDER

This matter having been duly presented to the Court, it is ORDERED that JAMES F. NORTON of TINTON FALLS, who was admitted to the Bar of this State in 1959, be restored to the practice of law, effective immediately, and it is further

ORDERED that if respondent engages in the practice of law that requires the maintenance of an attorney trust account, respondent is to submit an annual audit of his books and records to the Office of Attorney Ethics for each year of his practice, effective January 1, 1990, and until further Order of the Court.
