DISCIPLINARY MATTERS
ORDER
JOHN W. NOONAN of Newark having appeared before this Court on an order to show cause why his temporary suspension from the practice of law, imposed by Order of this Court dated June 3, 1981, should not be continued pending the final disposition of ethics complaints against him and good cause appearing;
It is ORDERED that the temporary suspension of JOHN W. NOONAN continue pending the final disposition of the ethics complaints against him and until the further Order of this Court; and it is further
ORDERED that respondent continue to be restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension and continue to comply with the Regulations of the Disciplinary Review Board governing suspended, disbarred and resigned attorneys, subject to the following paragraph; and it is further
ORDERED that respondent having requested that Edward R. McGlynn, Esquire, be permitted to take over his files and the Court having been advised that Mr. McGlynn's participation is voluntary, the Division of Ethics and Professional Services is hereby authorized to turn over respondent's files to Mr. McGlynn subject to the following conditions and the further Order of this Court:
1. The Division shall approve the form of the notice that is required to be sent to all of respondent's clients pursuant to the Regulations Governing Suspended, Disbarred and Resigned Attorneys informing them that they may seek the counsel of their choice;
2. All funds received by Mr. McGlynn for work done by respondent shall be held in an escrow account pending the determination of any claims which may be filed with the Clients' Security Fund; and
3. The Division may impose such other conditions as may be reasonably necessary to protect the clients of respondent.
