Motion for substitution of administratrix of Thomas Mykins, deceased, granted. Order affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. All concur. (The order overrules objections to an alternative mandamus order for reinstatement of petitioner, since deceased, as deputy county clerk.)
