Upon our motion, reargument is granted and counsel may address themselves to the question of whether the respondents abused their discretion in imposing the penalty. (Civ. Prac. Act, § 1296, subd. 5-a.) The matter is added to the foot of the current calendar. Foster, P.J., Bergan, Halpern and Zeller, JJ., concur.
