In a proceeding to invalidate petitions designating appellants as candidates of the Conservation Party for various public offices in the General Election to be held on November 3, 1970, the appeal is from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered September 28, 1970, which granted the application to the extent of enjoining the respondent Board of Elections from placing appellants' names on the ballot as such candidates in said general election. Judgment affirmed, without costs. (See Matter of Marcantonio v. Heffernan, 298 N.Y. 661; Matter of Donnellon v. Heffernan, 298 N.Y. 656.)
