Proceeding under article 78 of the Civil Practice Act. The Board of Appeals of the City of Long Beach granted the intervener a variance to change a one-family dwelling into a two-family dwelling. The appeal is from an order denying petitioners' application to review the board's determination. Order unanimously affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion.
