Present — Foster, P.J., Heffernan, Brewster, Deyo and Coon, JJ.


Proceeding under article 78 of the Civil Practice Act to review a determination of the respondent Conservation Commissioner which sustained certain charges preferred against the petitioner, a game protector, and removed him from office. There was substantial evidence to justify the administrative determination. Determination unanimously confirmed, without costs.
