Louis J. Miller of Kearny having been charged with the commission of several crimes and having consented to the appointment of a custodial receiver of his law practice,

It is ORDERED that the said Louis J. Miller be suspended from the practice of law pending final disposition of the above criminal and civil proceedings and any ethics proceedings based thereon; and it is

Further ORDERED that the said Louis J. Miller be and he is hereby restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension.
