DISCIPLINARY MATTERS

ORDER

This Court by Order dated February 13, 1986, having granted VINCENT J. MILITA, II's, petition for restoration to the practice of law subject to certain conditions, and respondent having sought modifications of that Order, and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that the suspension of VINCENT J. MILITA, II, of SEAVILLE, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1980, is hereby lifted, and he is hereby restored to the practice of law, effective immediately, but subject to his full-time association with Basil D. Beck, Jr., Esquire, of Bridgeton for a period of two years and until the further Order of this Court; and it is further

ORDERED that Mr. Beck shall submit monthly status reports to the Office of Attorney Ethics in a form acceptable to that Office.
