DISCIPLINARY MATTERS

ORDER

This matter having been duly considered by the Court, it is ORDERED that the suspension of VINCENT J. MILITA, II, of SEAVILLE, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1980, is lifted, and he is hereby restored to the practice of law, effective immediately, subject to his association with Donald D. Phillips, Esquire for a period of two years and until further order of this Court. The association shall assume the form of the proctorship arrangement submitted to this Court and shall include monthly progress reports to the Office of Attorney Ethics.
