No. 45S00-0605-DI-179.
January 26, 2007.
ORDER GRANTING COMMISSION'S MOTION TO DISMISS
In this cause, on September 12, 2006, this Court suspended respondent from the practice of law in Indiana as a result of his failure to cooperate with the disciplinary process. On October 31, 2006, this Court, in three separate actions pending against respondent, 45S00-0508-DI-373, 45S00-0511-DI-508, and 45S00-0512-DI-649, imposed an indefinite suspension on the respondent as a result of his continued failure to cooperate in these cases.
On November 9, 2006, the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission moved to dismiss this cause, 45S00-0605-DI-179, with costs in the amount of $520 imposed on September 12, 2006, unpaid and still due and owing. The Commission noted that if respondent sought reinstatement of his law license under Matter of Haughee, 45S00-0508-DI-373, 45S00-0511-DI-508, and 45S00-0512-DI-649, the issues raised by his suspension in this cause, 45S00-0605-DI-179, would be addressed in that reinstatement proceeding.
And this Court, being duly advised now finds that the Commission's motion should be GRANTED
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that the Commission's Motion to Dismiss Cause No. 45S00-0605-DI-179 is hereby GRANTED, with costs in the amount of $520, imposed on September 12 2006, unpaid and still due and owing.
The Clerk of this Court is directed to send notice of this Order by certified or registered mail to the respondent or his attorney, and to the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission.
All Justices concur.
