ORDER

An order to show cause why FRANK METRO of Bloomfield should not be disbarred or otherwise disciplined having been returned before this Court on Thursday, December 9, 1976, and no appearance having been made by respondent, and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that FRANK METRO be temporarily suspended from the practice of law pending final disposition of the charges against him, effective immediately and until further order of the Court; and it is further

ORDERED that FRANK METRO be and hereby is restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension.

WITNESS, the Honorable Richard J. Hughes, Chief Justice, at Trenton, this 9th day of December, 1976.
