Present — Nolan, P.J., Carswell, Johnston, Adel, Wenzel, MacCrate and Schmidt, JJ.


Pursuant to the provisions of rule 1 of the Rules of Civil Practice, George A. Nagle, Esq., a practicing lawyer of Jamaica, County of Queens, in the Tenth Judicial District, is hereby appointed as an additional member of the Committee on Character and Fitness of applicants for admission to the Bar, in and for the Second and Tenth Judicial Districts; such appointment to take effect February 25, 1952.
