DISCIPLINARY MATTERS

ORDER

BRIAN P. McKINNEY of DUNELLEN, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1969, having been ordered to show cause on May 2, 1988, why his temporary suspension of April 5, 1988, should not be continued and further why the trust funds restrained from disbursment should not be transmitted to the Clerk of the Superior Court for deposit in the Superior Court Trust Fund and respondent having made no appearance before this Court, and good cause appearing;

ORDERED that the temporary suspension of BRIAN P. McKINNEY, imposed by Order of this Court dated April 5, 1988, is hereby continued pending final disposition of this matter by this Court; and it is further

ORDERED that the Office of Attorney Ethics take such protective action, pursuant to Rule 1:20-11(c), as may be appropriate pending the further order of this Court; and it is further

ORDERED that the funds restrained from disbursement by Order of this Court dated April 5, 1988, be transmitted by the financial institutions that are the present custodians to the Clerk of the Superior Court for deposit in the Superior Court Trust Fund pending the further Order of this Court; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent continue to be restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension and that he continue to his compliance with Administrative Guideline No. 23 of the Office of Attorney Ethics dealing with suspended attorneys.
