Present — Crosby, P.J., Taylor, Dowling, Harris and McCurn, JJ.


Order in so far as it denies the motion for an order directing Estelle M. Wetzel to produce for discovery and inspection certain documents and records reversed without costs of this appeal to either party and motion granted to that extent without costs and matter remitted to the Surrogate's Court to fix the date and place of the examination, and otherwise order affirmed without costs. All concur. (The order denies objectant's motion to compel proponent or her attorneys to produce for discovery and inspection certain papers.)
