Present — Crosby, P.J., Taylor, Dowling, Harris and McCurn, JJ.
Order reversed in so far as it denies the motion for an examination before trial on the question of undue influence, without costs of this appeal to either party, and motion granted to that extent, without costs, and matter remitted to the Surrogate's Court to fix the date and place of the examination and the period to be covered thereby, and otherwise order affirmed without costs. Appeal from the order denying motion for a reargument dismissed as academic. All concur. (One order denies objectant's motion for an examination of proponent before trial; the second order denies a reargument of the motion.)
