Appeal from State Industrial Board.

Present — Foster, P.J., Heffernan, Brewster, Santry and Bergan, JJ.


There was evidence to sustain the board's findings to the effect that claimant's disabilities are not attributable to any industrial accident which arose out of and in the course of his employment. Decision unanimously affirmed, without costs.
